Matrix NAC completed a turnkey EPFC terminal expansion project in Paulsboro, NJ. Eight new storage tanks totaling over one million gallons of additional storage including the installation and commissioning of all ancillary systems were completed. The Matrix NAC team invested more than 150,000 recordable free man-hours to the successful completion of this project.

Additional scope included all civil, tank foundations, tank pads, pipe racks, more than 50,000 feet of piping, flow metering, control valve installation, MOV modifications and automation upgrades. Manifold modifications, pump, MCC, electrical with service upgrade, lighting, integration and complete control system upgrades were also included along with security system upgrades. In addition, the environmental scope consisted of storm water collection and pumpout, fire protection, liners, dykes and containment. A majority of the work was self-performed by Matrix NAC with the balance being completed by specialty contractors.
