phases of engineering
100 %
commitment to quality

The engineering effort was made in six phases:

  • Engineering design of the thermal energy storage system consisting of the tanks and diffuser including design of the structural, mechanical, piping, heat transfer and hydraulics
  • Project engineering support towards coordination with the client, construction region, fabrication shop, and engineering groups
  • Erection and detail fabrication drawings for shop and fieldwork
  • Welding and QA/QC support
  • Testing and performance support
  • Technical support during project execution
  • Developed specifications for engineering equipment along with procurement of scrubbers, flare system, RTO, control system equipment, reverse osmosis water system, balance-of- plant instrumentation, and various storage tanks with pumps
  • Overall project management; on-site field design support for piping, electrical, and I&E; construction management; and loop checks
