When uptime, fuel quality, and schedule certainty matter, SwingMaster central‑type swing joints deliver. Built with rugged cast/ductile iron and plain Ni‑Resist (copper‑free) bearings, then epoxy‑coated inside and out for Jet A1, SwingMaster™ is specified by terminal operators and aviation fuel farms that can’t afford surprises.
Standard sizes from 4″ to 36″, with leading sizes in stock—so your project doesn’t wait on a casting.
SwingMaster™ central type swing joints are constructed in rugged cast iron/ductile iron with plain Ni-Resist bearings (copper free), as well as SS304 and SS316. SwingMaster™ swing joints are internally and externally epoxy painted for Jet A1 service. 100% cast stainless steel joints are available to special order.
SwingMaster™ joints are available in 4″through to 36″ flange diameters. Many sizes are on the shelf and readily available, including a 14” diameter joint. Up to 24″ size, all flanges are ANSI 150# Flat Face. Above 24″, flange standards vary. We currently have casting patterns for 26″, 30″ & 36″ SwingMaster™ joints.
